Returns

Due to the custom nature of our mahjong tiles, racks, mats, and accessories, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review all product descriptions, dimensions, colors, and details carefully or to contact us at hello@mahjmellow.com with any questions  before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in preparing and packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll be happy to review the issue and make it right.

Please note that slight variations in color, finish, pattern placement, or other details may occur due to the materials and production process and are not considered defects.
