Pre-Order Items

Some MahjMellow products are available for pre-order and will ship once production is complete. We do our best to provide accurate estimated shipping timelines on our website so you know when to expect your order. Please keep in mind that these dates are estimates and may be subject to change.

Order Processing

We work to process every order as quickly as possible. As a small business, we personally pack each order with care and attention to detail, which sometimes takes a little extra time.  Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for in-stock orders to be packed and shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is on its way, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.  Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 5–8 business days after your order has shipped. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Please keep in mind that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Once your package has been transferred to the carrier, MahjMellow is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Every MahjMellow order is thoughtfully prepared, and we want everything to arrive just as it should. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@mahjmellow.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and its packaging so we can assist you.
